Designation: Server Administrator Level 2/3
Qualification: BE/BTech, BSc, BCS, MSc, MCS (Not mandatory)
RHCE Certified (Not mandatory)

Skills Required:
Duties will include 24/7 ticket management for level 1 (gather information to detect the problem) and 2 tech support issues (detecting and resolving the issue).
Proficiency in Linux Administration
Good Knowledge in Web server, Mail server, DNS, FTP, SSH, cPanel/WHM management,Virtualization, Docker, Windows, Firewalls, MySQL, PHP, HTML, CSS, JS.
IMAP / POP / SMTP / Mail flow processes.
Common applications such as WordPress/Joomla/Magento etc
Basic shell scripting (Linux/BASH)
You should be proficient in writing technical process documentation.
Strong problem-solving skills and logical thinking.
Outstanding attention to detail.
Excellent teamwork skills.
Fluent in English, with excellent oral and written communication skills.
