Info! HosterPK creates backups of all email accounts every week using JetBackup. This ensures that we can recover your data in case of accidental deletion or loss.

Steps to Restore Your Email Account or Individual Emails

  1. Log into cPanel: The first step is to log into your cPanel account. You can access cPanel directly through the HosterPK Clientarea at https://www.hosterpk.com/clientarea/.

  2. Navigate to JetBackup: Once logged in, look for the JetBackup section. JetBackup is the tool we use for all our backups, and it's where you'll start the restoration process.

  3. Choose Email Backups: Within JetBackup, you'll find an option for "Email Backups." This is where all backups related to email accounts and individual emails are stored.

  4. Select the Backup: Browse through the list of available backups. Remember, HosterPK creates backups every week, so choose the most relevant backup that likely contains your email account or the specific emails you wish to restore.

Warning! Email IDs or individual emails can only be restored if they were included in the last backup created. Please ensure you select the correct backup to avoid any discrepancies.
  1. Restore: After selecting the appropriate backup, follow the prompts to restore your email account or the individual emails. The process is user-friendly and should guide you through each step.
